Password Reset Form for Middlefield Campus

For password varification, you must use the same e-mail address when you registered for your classes. Your new password is emailed to you within four hours between 9 AM to 9 PM Monday through Thursday. Please Note: We Won't reset any password for the 1st two weeks of school. Please go back to http://hub.foothill.edu and lookup your new Lab username and password. All password and profile gets deleted at the end of each quarter.
